In today’s fast-paced world, technology plays a significant role in our daily lives. It connects us with others in both positive and negative ways. While I enjoy keeping up with my friends and family through social media and online communication, I sometimes feel overwhelmed by the constant flow of emails and instant messages that demand my immediate attention at work. However, I still consider myself tech-positive and believe that, overall, modern technology has made our lives more comfortable.

I have learned not just to appreciate but expect the conveniences technology offers. From the moment I wake up to the sound of the digital alarm of my Apple Watch to the instant I fall asleep with a smartphone in hand (a bad habit, I admit), technology is interwoven into every aspect of my daily routine.

And I am not alone in this. Most of us firmly believe that technology is not only the future, but also the solution to most of our problems. However, this excessive confidence can blind us, leaving us unprepared for the inevitable and unexpected challenges that life throws at us, and will continue to throw at us.

But amidst this digital dominance, I discovered a beacon of hope that illuminates the value of human creativity and touch. This revelation…
